I am an IT consultant, with specific experience in cyber security gained in various areas of the country’s central public administration, including the Defence General Staff. I carry out daily activities as a security analyst working alongside ICT professionals such as engineers and specialised lawyers. I assist public and private entities in achieving GDPR compliance, supporting them in processes such as carrying out impact analyses (DPIA). I also deal with training in both university and corporate environments: I train public and private personnel in ICT security aspects.

I am a contact person for theANORC.Lab Firme scientific committee“created specifically to promote and support the adoption of secure and interoperable standards in the signature market and to draw up and provide guidelines and best practices on the correct use of electronic signatures, in its various forms.

ANORC is the National Association of Operators and Managers of Digital Content Custody NORC expresses itself in two non-profit associations, ANORC Mercato, representing the corporate world, and ANORC Professioni, a reference point for professionals.

For the private market

The world of the private sector often has different times and needs from the public sector, but the complexity of projects is no less. My specialisation lies in ICT management consulting and cyber security.

I frequently conduct training courses aimed at educating employees to raise their awareness on issues related to data-breach, cyber risk management, GDRP compliance and business process organisation and management logic, courses on electronic signatures and computerised documents.

I am enrolled in the Register of Technical Consultants for Mediation and have worked several times as a Party’s Technical Consultant in civil and criminal trials. For more information see the catalogue of services.

For the public market

I have been a management consultant for over ten years accompanying the public towards the digital transition. I have had the privilege of carrying out this activity at major Administrations in the country including:

  • Defence
    • StaffAir Force
    • StaffNavy
    • StaffArmy StaffCommando
    • C4
    • DefenceCarabinieri
  • Defence Minister’s Office
  • Ministry of Justice
  • Ministry of Health
  • INPS
  • INAIL
  • Chamber of Deputies

I play the role of business analyst, I deal with the implementation of projects by advising the client on the strategic choices to be made to achieve his professional goals. From the evaluation and choice of software to the provision of suitable methodologies to work with. My job is to support him in solving problems by helping him with feasibility studies and design documents, as well as defining the technical documentation and monitoring the development phases.

Since 2007, I have also dealt with projects concerning cybersecurity, with particular attention to the technical-organisational aspect and working procedures.

For the Ministry of Health, I have been involved in digital health by setting up an observatory on health apps and the use of cutting-edge medical devices in public and private health.

I hold training courses for the public and private sectors and, when time allows, at the University ‘La Sapienza’ of Rome. I consider confrontation with others a constructive opportunity to create important professional synergies, especially when my contact person is young and eager to learn.

For the EU

Since 2016, I have been following and coordinating the technical aspects of European projects aimed at managing bio-terrorist threats in the Middle East. My main activity is to make sure that the work team is technically supported by all the tools necessary for the implementation of the project. I operate on projects for the defense and protection of critical infrastructure.

These activities are carried out in many ways: the main one is the development of web portals for cooperation between working groups and the information of the target audience. There is no shortage of complex system design activities dedicated to emergency management (CRISADMIN project). There is also a series of ‘ordinary’ activities for the safety of the teams on mission if the host country has special technical requirements.

Collaboration

I have the pleasure and opportunity to collaborate on an ongoing basis with specialists of great professional value.
